At Everything's Beachy, each item is made to order just for you — so we’re only able to accept returns or exchanges if something arrives damaged or defective. That said, if anything’s off with your order, don’t hesitate to reach out. We’ve got your back and will do everything we can to make it right.
Returns or Exchanges
We can only process returns or exchanges for items that meet all of the following criteria:

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Wait for Approval: We’ll review your request and respond within 1–2 business days to confirm if it qualifies for a return or replacement.

We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than defects or damage (e.g., sizing, color preference).
