Because each Everything's Beachy item is made to order just for you, we're only able to accept returns or exchanges if an item arrives damaged or defective. That said, if something isn't right, please reach out — our Tide & Trail Satisfaction Guarantee means we'll do what we can to make it right.
Eligible Returns & Exchanges (Damaged/Defective Items Only)
We can process a return, replacement, or refund when all of the following apply:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- You provide clear photo proof of the issue
- You contact us within 30 days of the purchase date
How to Request Help

- We'll respond fast: We'll review your request and reply within 1–2 business days with next steps.
What Happens Next
- If approved, we'll arrange a replacement or refund (depending on the situation).
- In most cases, we won't require you to return the item.
Not Eligible (Non-Defect Reasons)
Since items are made to order, we're not able to accept returns or exchanges for:
- Sizing issues
- Color preference
- Change of mind

- Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
